• An expert in financial statement attestation and income tax compliance. In addition to accounting and auditing services, Shamim has provided litigation support and is involved in due diligence investigations related to mergers and acquisitions. She also performs tax planning and compliance work for clients of the firm usually business owners and individuals.
• She has extensive knowledge in managing accounting operational expenses while monitoring weekly, monthly and annual communications of the Accounting Department on incomes/margins and tracking the expenses against allocated budget and forecast. Often times during legal audits, Shamim has provided training to the firm clients in these specific areas.
